Responsibilities
  • Build strong relationships with the agency’s clients
  • Oversee and manage client campaigns from strategy/pitch to implementation.
  • Continuously liaising with clients/stakeholders to deliver excellent work
  • Identify an ongoing new business pipeline for the brand experience team
  • Outreach to targets on the new business pipeline
  • Prepare and present proposal documents to new business targets
  • Manage team members across various departments – Creative, Production and Activation
  • Manage Account Team to ensure successful delivery of campaigns, time management and deliverables
  • Regular check-ins with senior members of the team
  • Work closely with the Production team on all aspects of campaign delivery in both pre-production and live execution
  • Prepare and manage campaign budgets, ongoing reconciliations with client/suppliers/stakeholders
  • Plan annual client finances and develop agency planning finances
