  • Candidates must have at least two years of affordable housing property management experience.
  • Candidates must have strong knowledge of housing regulations, leadership, and communication skills.
  • Candidates must be proficient in property management software and Microsoft Office.
Responsibilities
  • Manage property operations, budgets, and policies.
  • Ensure compliance with HUD, Low-Income Housing Tax Credit, and related programs.
  • Oversee leasing, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy.
  • Address resident concerns and coordinate move-ins and move-outs.
  • Supervise, train, and evaluate on-site staff.
  • Oversee maintenance, inspections, and safety standards.
  • Prepare and submit required compliance reports.
  • Ensure Fair Housing compliance, accurate waiting lists, and organized tenant files while maintaining strong Management and Occupancy Review and Real Estate Assessment Center inspection outcomes.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Certified Property Manager or Accredited Residential Manager certification is preferred.
