Full-time Exempt

Schedule: Monday thru Friday, no weekends

Pay: $68,352 per year

*Must have multi-site experience

*Must have HUD affordable housing experience

This position supports 3 affordable housing buildings:

Grand Haven Commons, Walnut Creek Village, and Somerset Lane

Grand Haven Commons, 50 units, located at 7500 Tussing Rd., Reynoldsburg, OH 43068, Walnut Creek Village, 40 units, located at 1051 S. Main St., Baltimore, OH 43105, and Somerset Lane, 46 units, located at 214 North Market St., Somerset, OH 43783 are senior apartment communities with a team of property management professionals that are unmatched in the area!

Job Summary
The Property Manager oversees daily operations of affordable housing communities, ensuring regulatory compliance, high occupancy, effective staff supervision, and positive resident relations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage property operations, budgets, and policies
• Ensure compliance with HUD, LIHTC, and related programs
• Oversee leasing, marketing, rent collection, and occupancy
• Address resident concerns and coordinate move-ins/outs
• Supervise, train, and evaluate on-site staff
• Oversee maintenance, inspections, and safety standards
• Prepare and submit required compliance reports
• Valid driver’s license and able to meet National Church Residences’ motor policy
• Ensures Fair Housing compliance, accurate waiting lists, and organized tenant files while maintaining strong MOR and REAC inspection outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 2 or more years of affordable housing property management experience
• CPM or ARM certification preferred
• Strong knowledge of housing regulations, leadership, and communication skills
• Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office
