  • 5+ years in-house or agency creative project management / creative operations experience (Bonus points for working within a startup environment)
  • Demonstrated experience with the creative process, creative lead times, and creative production, as well as different roles within a creative team
  • Understanding of creative specifications for various assets (dimensions, resolution, word counts, etc.)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, where last minute changes can arise and require nimble problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to identify and create time-saving processes and workflows
  • Skilled collaborator with strong communication skills
  • Excellent relationship-building skills and a willingness to hold self and teammates accountable
  • Self-starter who works well independently
  • Ability to remain calm and flexible while dealing with ambiguity
  • You have worked with vendors and contractors for at least 2 years
  • Experience with Jira, Trello, or other digital project collaboration software
  • Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, Figma, Miro or other design software a plus
  • Familiarity with Kanban, Agile, and Scrum a plus
  • Project Management: Manage and coordinate a variety of creative projects, from digital marketing campaigns and web page launches to print production and swag
  • XFN Communication: Communicate effectively with cross-functional partners, organize workflows, and managing stakeholder consensus and expectations to meet project deadlines. You'll also develop and maintain strong relationships with the Creative Team and stakeholders across the company
  • Tools & Technologies: Leverage project management tools to develop timelines and coordinate deliverables, and maintain organization across all project documents and shared assets
  • Planning & Production: Participation in the strategic planning phase of projects, showing an understanding of production processes and the lead times involved. You'll also own the project intake process and help with project prioritization, guiding internal XFN teams through our intake process
  • Vendor Management: Help source and manage relationships with creative vendors and freelancers to ensure the efficient use of company time and resources. You will also be their main point of contact for their questions and insights
