Requirements
  • You have a post-secondary degree in Business (preferably B.Comm or MBA).
  • You bring at least 15 years of progressive leadership experience in mortgage lending and underwriting within a federally regulated financial institution.
  • You’ve led successful product development and execution in a regulated environment.
  • You have deep knowledge of mortgage lending, credit risk, and broker management.
  • You’re known for your ability to build strong relationships internally and externally, including with regulators and industry partners.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the Sales and Marketing functions to drive customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness.
  • Own the product roadmap for the mortgage lifecycle, including Gateway and other lending products.
  • Lead product development and execution in alignment with profitability targets and capital constraints.
  • Own the end-to-end broker and customer experience across all channels.
  • Champion digital enablement and self-service capabilities in partnership with Technology.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team across Product, Marketing, and Sales.
  • Support organizational design to align with strategic priorities.
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and Credit Risk to ensure seamless execution and risk management.
  • Represent the voice of the broker and customer in executive forums.
