Requirements
  • University graduation or professional certification
  • Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in Strategic Sourcing field
  • Knowledge of strategic sourcing requirements and practices. Maintains current knowledge
  • Ability to develop and execute category management strategies and plans
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to develop and execute supplier contract agreements
  • Advanced analytical and problem solving skills
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office applications. Ability to quickly learn proprietary databases

Responsibilities
  • Strategic Planning & Delivery: Requires strong stakeholder management capabilities in order to understand business requirements
  • Strategic Planning & Delivery: Develops and recommends advanced and complex strategic plans for Manager review
  • Strategic Planning & Delivery: Implements strategic plans
  • Sourcing Strategy: Develops and recommends sourcing strategies that maximize value and mitigate risks to the company and its clients.
  • Sourcing Strategy: Implements sourcing strategy
  • Sourcing Strategy: Reviews and measures the effectiveness of the strategy
  • Opportunities Assessment & Implementation: Leads and performs opportunities assessment activities and drives leverage across client accounts
  • Opportunities Assessment & Implementation: Achieves improvements in operational efficiencies and cost savings as a result
  • Competitive Bids: Executes end-to-end competitive bid process for strategic plans
  • Competitive Bids: Negotiates with suppliers to secure optimum cost and maximum value

  • Strategic Sourcing Best Practices & Industry Trends: Develop and maintain benchmarking activity for assigned categories
  • Vendor Qualification & Set-Up Process: Validate vendor set up and vendor information changes
  • Vendor Qualification & Set-Up Process: Perform Anti-Bribery and Corruption due diligence
  • Support: Develops maintains standard templates for strategic sourcing documentations including but not limited to RFx templates, contract agreements, scopes of work, service level agreements, and letters of agreements
  • Support: Ensure adherence to Company Policies, Processes and Work Instructions
  • Support: Prepares reports including but not limited to Purchase Order summary reports
  • Support: Interact with Operational and Finance team members to meet monthly requirements.
  • Support: Support Sourcing team members as required.
  • Other: Special projects and other duties as assigned
