  • Experience as a General Manager in a large multi outlet venue or contract catering environment
  • Lead, inspire, collaborate and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards
  • Build positive, credible and collaborative relationships & communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders in the business

  • Achieve business critical KPI's including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial and Governance
  • Financial accountability and understanding of all business decisions
  • Strategic planning and implementation of full catering service including mobilisation of units and annual marketing calendar
  • Identify opportunities to increase profitability of the catering service
Responsibilities
  • Lend itself to someone who has the ability to innovate and implement unique concepts across a variety of locations from traditional canteen style offerings, coffee shops, jiffy vans, grab and go locations and everything in between
  • Be ultimately responsible for the day to day running of the estate and maintaining performance of the contract against targeted KPI’s
  • Run this as their own business ultimately in control of all finances and operational decisions
  • Identify and capitalise on niche markets while implementing current high street trends to supplement the current offering
  • Mobilisation of units and annual marketing calendar
  • Work with management team to implement catering service across multiple sites and off-site locations
  • Expand services and opportunities in pipeline providing ways to increase turnover
  • Manage weekend and evening work as part of flexible hours
  • Handle budgeting and financial decisions relating to the contract
