ENTEK makes battery separators and extrusion equipment and services for energy storage and manufacturing customers worldwide. It focuses on lead-acid and lithium-ion separators, plus extruders and engineering services, all designed and built with in-house engineering, machining, and fabrication. Its products work by enabling safe, efficient energy storage: separators sit between battery electrodes to prevent short circuits while allowing ion flow, and extruders craft the polymer films and components used in separators. ENTEK differentiates itself through its vertical integration (in-house design, machining, fabrication), global reach across six continents, and a services-driven model that combines product sales with specialized engineering and support. The company aims to deliver reliable, best-in-class equipment and solutions through continuous improvement and decades of industry experience to meet the needs of battery manufacturers and industrial customers.

Supplier award honour for ENTEK Asia.

Supplier award honour for ENTEK Asia. March 11, 2026: ENTEK Asia has scooped a prestigious supplier of the year award from Tokyo-based Energywith. The Asian arm of the lead and lithium battery separator group said on March 6 it had been presented with the award last month. Energywith, whose business includes battery systems that monitor the status of power supply systems and lead acid batteries for forklifts, said the annual award is presented to a supplier that has made outstanding quality improvements, on-time delivery, cost reductions, and significant efforts to preserve the environment. The company also produces a range of backup power systems, together with battery storage for various applications including communications equipment, datacenters and substations. Energywith president Shoichi Hirota presented the award in Tokyo to ENTEK Asia president Rob Keith and MD Daigo Furuichi. In 2024, ENTEK won BCI's annual Innovation Award for its solvent-free separator technology.
