Requirements
  • 12-15 years of experience in programme management in either consulting, managed services and/ or enterprise software, data/analytics.
  • Expertise in Business Transformation, Project Portfolio Management, executive stakeholder management, risk and issue management, 3rd Party management, Waterfall and Agile techniques
  • Ideally MSP, PRINCE2 and/or ITIL certified.
  • Strong understanding of data analytics and data management, data privacy and ethical standards
  • Sound commercial mind-set to ensure the unlocking the potential of data and its monetisation for clients
  • Strong leadership and consultative approach, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to influence multiple internal and external stakeholders
  • Exceptional organisational and documentation skills
  • A desire to drive change by successfully bringing people, technology and processes together
  • Self confidence and self awareness with gravitas and credibility
  • A graduate/ postgraduate qualification is desirable
  • Self starter, with the ability to apply initiative and committed to continuous development
Responsibilities
  • Lead all internal and external cadences in relation to all matters related to the services that are being delivered to the global banking firm
  • Work closely with the client to ensure an ongoing understanding of their business needs, their long term strategy and the business impact that can be delivered
  • Partner with the bank’s project sponsor and cross-functional teams from D&B and the bank to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan and timelines
  • Pursue Governance, change & stakeholder management and engagement at all levels in the organisation, with demonstrable ROI metrics and KPIs for ongoing evaluation, improvement and value realisation
  • Analyse, evaluate and overcome program risks, and produce program reporting for stakeholder alignment
  • Manage and maintain of control documentation (such as a project RAID)
  • Continually asses and improve all service related processes to ensure we have a culture of continuous improvement
  • Deliver external service reviews that reinforces RoIs by articulating the progress and impact of use case adoption
  • Regular Internal communication of client progress to D&B senior leadership
  • Through pro-active client consultancy, influence change and drive new use-case adoption and best practices. In collaboration with the account team, you will execute successful change management methodologies that result in programme success and increased utilisation of our services
  • Maintain D&B’s standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance
