Lime is hiring an analyst to join our Special Operations team! The Special Operations team takes on some of Lime’s most complex operational problems and aims to solve them through project management, iteration and cross functional collaboration. Reporting into the Senior Manager of Special Operations, you will own projects from conception to implementation, delivering on key metrics, communicating progress and blockers and managing competing priorities.
Our Special Operations team members are incredibly effective communicators, thrive in collaboration, love to build and iterate and enjoy cross-functional stakeholder management.
The ideal candidate will have experience working in an evolving startup culture. You are an in the moment problem solver and are able to stay focused on building and scaling for the future. You thrive on building relationships and uncover the employee sentiment around current offerings.
We are a remote first company and for many roles, we welcome applications from anywhere we operate in the United States. Preference is for East or Central time zones.
What You’ll Do:
- Own projects end to end: define requirements, scope milestones and timelines, project manage data and other relevant teams, assess risks and opportunities, track and report progress to Senior Manager and effectively communicate to stakeholders
- Develop impactful dashboards and other data tools to study complex data sets that enable decision making for stakeholders
About You:
- You have at least 5 years work experience, with 3 years working in an analytics role in a fast-paced environment
- You are analytically minded and have a roll up your sleeves attitude
- You love interacting with multiple teams and stakeholders
- You are proactive, autonomous and a true team player
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and non-technical individuals
- Project management, prioritization, problem solving, data analysis, visualization and delivery are second nature to you
- You have great tact in encouraging teams to adopt and be accountable to new processes
- You love what you do and others love working with you because of it!
- Willing and excited to travel [30%]

In accordance with Colorado State Law, if the candidate selected for this job resides in Colorado, the anticipated minimum salary will be $78,000.00 plus bonus and equity (when eligible), as well as benefits. Exact salary will ultimately depend on the candidate’s qualifications. In addition to base salary, this role will be eligible for a variable bonus based on a combination of management discretion and employee performance.
