Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field

Responsibilities

  • Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across multiple platforms to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Manage the paid media budget, allocate resources effectively, and develop accurate forecasts to achieve maximum return on investment (ROI)
  • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and improve overall paid media performance
  • Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing paid media team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship to drive individual and team success
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team, creative team, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment of paid media efforts with overall marketing strategies and objectives
  • Vendor Management: Evaluate and manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and technology partners to ensure effective execution of paid media campaigns
