- You are business fluent in German and fluent in English.
- You have completed a university degree and/or have several years of relevant professional experience in a consulting or process industry company as an IT consultant, process owner, process manager or sub-project manager (m/f/d).
- You have already gained initial experience with S/4 HANA and the new FIORI user interface.
- Preferably you are proficient in another SAP logistics module (PM/QM/SD/MM or WM/EWM).
- You are familiar with modern project management methods (e.g. Prince2 and SCRUM).
- You are highly self-motivated and pursue your goals with persuasiveness and assertiveness.
- Your way of thinking is solution/process-oriented and analytical, and you have strong methodological skills.
- Distinct communication and team skills as well as a convincing appearance round off your profile.
- Manage customer projects with a focus on PP-PI in the process industry segment.
- Support all project phases from conception, design, customizing and proof of concept to the roll-out of SAP ECC and S/4HANA.
- Contribute to the development of the Nagarro Best Practices Template Fit4Life Science and implement the standard at the customer (Greenfield).
- From the analysis of the customer situation, design strategies and complex solutions that lead to significant process improvements.
- Collaborate with customers to develop future processes, the associated organizations, and the underlying systems.
- Be responsible for the conceptual realization of the interfaces to Manufacturing Execution System sub-systems.
- Analyze existing customer requirements and create Functional Specifications FS and Customizing Specifications CS in a validated environment.
- As a Senior Consultant, optionally take over partial project management in smaller on-site project teams.
- Proficiency in another SAP logistics module (PM/QM/SD/MM or WM/EWM) is preferred.
- Experience in the process industry and discrete manufacturing in a PP environment is desirable (e.g., automotive industry).
- Familiarity with Prince2 and SCRUM is desirable.

Gross profit reached €321 million with a 32.2% margin, whilst adjusted EBITDA margin was 13.8%, within the revised guidance range. The Munich-based digital engineering company expects FY 2026 revenue between €1,000 million and €1,060 million at current exchange rates, with gross margin near 32% and adjusted EBITDA margin between 14.5% and 15.5%. An independent investigation by White & Case found no evidence of fraud or misconduct, substantiating none of the historical allegations from media reports or short-seller commentary.
