Naval Aviation Advisor

The Opportunity:

You’ll manage the preparation of analyses, evaluations, and recommendations for implementation as a member of the Marine Corps Current Readiness team. You will evaluate existing business goals, team functionality, and cross-discipline cooperation and develop recommendations to improve internal performance and minimize internal costs while increasing the overall quality of work, product, or service output. You’ll implement improved systems, procedures, and organizational changes. You will employ analysis techniques and productivity improvement measurements, program audits and evaluations, and performance testing to achieve stated objectives.

You Have: 

• 10+ years of experience with the U.S. Marine Corps or Navy Aviation

• Experience with Naval Aviation databases, including OOMA and DECKPLATE, AMSRR, AFAST, or ACES

• Secret clearance

• Bachelor’s degree

Nice If You Have: 

• Experience as a Commissioned Officer or senior-level DoD government, including GS14-15 or O5-O6

• Experience with Aviation Command

• Master’s degree

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Secret clearance is required.

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
