  • 10+ years of experience with the U.S. Marine Corps or Navy Aviation
  • Experience with Naval Aviation databases, including OOMA and DECKPLATE, AMSRR, AFAST, or ACES
  • Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience as a Commissioned Officer or senior-level DoD government, including GS14-15 or O5-O6
  • Experience with Aviation Command
  • Master's degree
Responsibilities
  • manage the preparation of analyses, evaluations, and recommendations for implementation as a member of the Marine Corps Current Readiness team
  • evaluate existing business goals, team functionality, and cross-discipline cooperation and develop recommendations to improve internal performance and minimize internal costs while increasing the overall quality of work, product, or service output
  • implement improved systems, procedures, and organizational changes
  • employ analysis techniques and productivity improvement measurements, program audits and evaluations, and performance testing to achieve stated objectives
