Requirements
  • A Bachelor’s Degree and a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project and development of a Master Production Schedule
  • Knowledge of forward schedule and resource capacity analysis practices to support programs of varying contract types and life cycles
  • Business acumen to interface with external customers and all levels of internal organization
Responsibilities
  • Prepare, develop and coordinate the master production schedule
  • Adjust the master production schedule as needed to accommodate changes in customer demand or production constraints
  • Early engagement in the product lifecycle to inform bid and program management activities
  • Develop scheduling tools to translate forecast demand into production requirements
  • Champion value add scheduling practices to identify capacity constraints and critical path deliverables
  • Be the subject-matter-expert for cross-functional stakeholders
