Requirements
  • Master's degree in economics, finance, accounting, business or public administration, human resources management, management science, operations research, organizational behavior, industrial psychology, statistics, personnel administration, labor relations, psychology, sociology, human resources development, political science, urban studies, or related field
  • 2 years of professional experience in budget administration, accounting, economic or financial administration, management or methods analysis, operations research, organizational research, program evaluation, personnel or public administration, recruitment, personnel relations, employee benefits, staff development, employment program planning/administration, labor market research, economic planning, social services program planning/evaluation, or fiscal management
  • 18 months of experience in an executive, managerial, administrative, or supervisory capacity
  • Experience in supervising staff
Responsibilities
  • Manage all administrative functions for C&M, including budget, procurement, and other support operations
  • Work with DCWP Finance, Human Capital, General Counsel, and other divisions to resolve C&M operational needs
  • Manage C&M budget, including researching vendors, requesting quotes, processing invoices, and monitoring spending
  • Oversee C&M procurements, including identifying Division needs, communicating with vendors, drafting Request for Proposal (RFP), managing vendor contracts, and meeting deadlines
  • Provide updates to stakeholders, identify challenges, and develop strategies to address them
  • Manage C&M physical office space, submit Facilities and supplies requests, manage workspace allocation, develop filing and record retention protocols
  • Coordinate C&M hiring, onboarding, promotion, and other personnel matters
  • Supervise the Language Access Coordinator and oversee all Agency translation needs
  • Implement and manage special projects as needed
