- Experience in on-site technical support, maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of audiovisual systems, including displays, projectors, control systems, conferencing systems, audio equipment, and video distribution.
- Install, configure, test, and commission AV systems including displays, projectors, control systems, conferencing systems, audio equipment, and video distribution.
- Provide on-site troubleshooting, diagnostics, and repairs for AV equipment and integrated systems.
- Perform routine maintenance, system updates, and calibration to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to support installation and service activities.
- Document service activities, system configurations, and updates in company service management tools.
- Train and support end-users on AV systems and functionality as needed.
- Maintain knowledge of AV industry trends, emerging technologies, and manufacturer product updates.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards while on client sites.
