This position works with IT departments as well as business operating groups and clients to plan, schedule, and monitor projects to ensure a complete business solution is implemented on time and to customer expectations. This position will manage product implementations from initial contact through go live and post go live support.
You will:
- Update and manage project plans for projects as designated by management and report work progress on a regular basis in accordance with the agreed routines.
- Work with necessary CIOX business and IT groups as well as external vendors (as needed) to ensure the successful implementation of multiple concurrent projects.
- Follow methodology selected for projects and produce quality deliverables.
- Identify and resolve project issues, and manage project risk. Ensures projects meet objectives and maintain alignment with corporate and departmental strategies/direction/vision.
- Follow processes and procedures for project management. Follows standards and utilizes a central repository for all project documentation.
- Partner with new customers to implement products that increase customer retention, customer loyalty, customer self-sufficiency, and profitability.
- Identify, resolve and/or escalate project issues, and assists CIOX management with the task of managing overall project risks.
- Hold regular status meetings with project teams and keeps project teams well informed of changes on projects and overall adherence to the project timelines.
- Assist clients with post go live issues and escalates issues as needed.
What you will bring to the table:
- 3+ years of project management experience with ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools including MS Project.
- Strong communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, and demonstrated attention to detail and problem solving ability
- Workfront experience preferred
- PMP Certification preferred
- Demonstrated presentation and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated decision-making and team building skills.
- Demonstrated negotiation/influence skills.

The estimated salary range for this role is $70,000-$100,000.
