  • A high school diploma or GED and five years of experience in a related field.
  • The ability to assess student needs and match them with appropriate programs.

  • The ability to use good judgment and problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach, interviews, and follow-ups with prospective and enrolled students.
  • Provide accurate program details, career opportunities, and enrollment requirements as outlined in the campus catalog.
  • Maintain professionalism and provide strong customer service in student and staff interactions.
  • Manage inquiries, schedule appointments, and track applicant progress.
  • Use only authorized marketing promotional materials, including catalogs, brochures, and correspondence, in accordance with established guidelines and ethical recruitment standards.
  • Navigate and use admissions systems to support the enrollment process.
  • Conduct campus tours and informational sessions.
  • Assist prospective students with the admissions process and address their concerns.
  • Meet or exceed campus leadership or Director of Admissions criteria for admissions activity, start expectations, cancellations, retention and graduation rates, and student referrals.
  • Submit and maintain accurate admissions records and documentation.
  • Comply with federal, state, and institutional policies regarding admissions and recruitment.
  • Attend orientations, graduations, and regular admissions meetings.
  • Collaborate with financial aid, academics, and student services to support student success.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
  • Five years of experience as an Admissions Representative.
  • One year of experience in customer service and/or sales.
