Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Ability to adjust the work schedule based on the nursing center's business needs, specifically admission flow.
Responsibilities
  • Maximize the nursing center census in collaboration with the Director of Admissions.
  • Implement an effective, streamlined admissions process on a 24-hour, 7-days-per-week basis to ensure admission sign-in compliance and a high level of patient and family satisfaction.
  • Coordinate the nursing center referral-flow admissions process, including community sales, referral management, and admission sign-in, through post-admission using the Core Operating System (PCC).
  • Conduct admissions counseling and tours with potential customers, families, and responsible parties.
