  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Science or technical field with 0+ years of work experience in Engineering and/or Quality
Responsibilities
  • Assure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements and associated standards (e.g. 21 CFR 820 & ISO 13485) and policies.
  • Develop and maintain quality processes and working closely with senior engineers, but not limited to the following: Risk Management – utilizing FMEA’s and various risk management processes, Change Control – provide engineering information for critical changes to work flows, Equipment and process validation – thermal mapping for freezers or autoclaves, Product repackaging – new and sustaining product, Calibration and test – equipment gauges.
  • Collaborate across multiple functions, operating units, and geographies to assure requirements are met.
  • Perform first article inspections on repackaged product.
  • Work with senior engineers on continuous improvement opportunities.
  • Support quality culture improvement initiatives.
  • Participate on enterprise-wide project teams and committees, as assigned.
Desired Qualifications
  • Prefers master’s degree in mechanical, electrical or biomedical engineering or related field and a minimum 0 years of related experience
  • Experience in operations or quality in a distribution environment
  • Skillful in formulating strategies, tactics and action plans to achieve results
  • Strong focus on developing an organizational culture that fosters teamwork
  • Ability to effectively influence key decision makers
  • Ability to work well under pressure and maintain positive, enthusiastic attitude
