Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in civil engineering, construction management, or a related field.
  • 10–15+ years of project management experience within the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry, including significant experience managing infrastructure projects with contract values of $50 million to more than $1 billion.
  • At least 5 years of experience leading large, complex projects.
  • Experience leading preconstruction or construction for alternative delivery models, including Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CM/GC, or P3.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in client-facing roles leading project meetings.
Responsibilities
  • Manage alternative delivery projects from beginning to end.
  • Develop and maintain owner relationships and serve as the front-facing point of contact on large alternative delivery projects.
  • Participate in opportunity development, proposals, and pipeline planning through relationship building.
  • Lead the planning and execution of project schedules, budgets, and risk management activities from preconstruction through construction, implementing corrective measures to support performance objectives and delivery milestones.
  • Analyze drawings, specifications, and proposals to develop accurate estimates for time, materials, equipment, labor, and production.
  • Manage contract financials, including fee payments, equipment rentals, income and expenses, and profit margins.
  • Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and Department of Transportation regulations.
Desired Qualifications
  • A Professional Engineer license is preferred.
