What we’re looking for:

Excellent communications skills with the ability to read English and interpret documents such as safety rules, receiving instructions, and NTE Procedures.
Strong attention to detail while handling, disassembling, and reassembling small parts.
Ability to use hand tools such as screwdrivers, plyers, and wrenches.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide.
Ability to operate a computer and pull procedure documents.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.

What you’ll do:
The Receiving Clerk position plays a crucial role in remanufacturing existing subassemblies and completing NTE products. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for hands-on work, this role uses hand tools, test stands, and small power tools to disassemble, clean, and sanitize.

Other key areas include:

Follow procedures and receive verbal instructions regarding remanufacturing duties to be performed; Recognize and comply with all safety rules.
Rotate through different tasks in the remanufacturing areas.
Disassemble, clean, and sanitize assemblies for remanufacturing.
Perform daily equipment maintenance and complete daily documentation.
Ensure work area, tools, and gauges are clean, neat, safe, and orderly at all times.

Our location:
In 2005, Nova-Tech partnered with Life-Science Innovations to buy a 37-building, 110-acre historic hospital facility in Willmar from the State of Minnesota. Since that time, we have developed the resulting MinnWest Technology Campus into the largest privately owned technology park in the country.

Willmar, MN is a bustling community located less than two hours from Minneapolis and one hour from St. Cloud known for its lakes and vibrant entertainment.
