Responsibilities
  • Select and utilize appropriate contract templates for vendor negotiations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and policies.
  • Organize and manage the redlining process, coordinating with Legal and other Shared Services to ensure accurate and timely revisions of legal terms.
  • Partner closely with Category Managers and Legal teams to establish contracting policies early in vendor engagement, ensuring clarity on non-negotiable terms.
  • Draft, redline, and execute various contractual documents, including MSAs, Amendments, SOWs, change orders, and renewals, in collaboration with relevant stakeholders.
  • Monitor the contract lifecycle and provide regular status updates to business stakeholders, ensuring transparency and proactive management of contract timelines.
  • Collaborate with Shared Services to finalize contracts using organizational templates and standard Terms and Conditions, with a focus on reducing contractual risk.
  • Lead initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of Contract Management Services, driving continuous improvement within the contracting process.
