Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a credit analysis, loan underwriting or portfolio management role with a strong preference in healthcare finance
  • High proficiency in financial statement analysis and Excel-based modeling
  • Demonstrates strong judgment and sound credit skills
  • Strong oral and written communications skills

Responsibilities
  • Analyze credit and financial information for prospects and existing clients
  • Build financial models to support financing transactions
  • Participate in preparing credit memos for new and existing loans
  • Assist with the legal documentation and closing of new loans
  • Monitor borrower deliverables and track covenant compliance
  • Prepare risk rating evaluations and portfolio level credit monitoring
  • Complete special projects on an ad hoc basis
  • Communicate and interact with prospects, borrowers, internal team members and lending partners
