Position Summary:
As an Associate Solutions Consultant I, your role is to work with our sales organization to understand a prospect’s technical and business demands, and build an effective solution based on customer requirements and industry best practice. To accomplish this, the Solutions Consultant I must have a strong desire to solve problems, understand Trulioo’s product offerings, customer requirements, and relevant industry trends. This is a unique career opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology deployed with prominent companies around the world.
What you will be doing:
- Become an expert and contribute to the knowledge of Trulioo’s GlobalGateway platform, services, and key differentiators
- Be the technical subject-matter expert and demonstrate functional expertise for how Trulioo’s solutions solve customer problems, including demos and presentations
- Use product knowledge and relevant experience to consult on best practices and offer constructive direction for verification strategy
- Work with Account Executives to drive the discovery process to uncover customer technical requirements, business needs, and objections
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to own successful design and delivery of proof of concepts
- Contribute to enhancing the teams’ mastery through Knowledge Base Articles, FAQs, and other tools
- Analyze data to identify patterns and trends, and use this information to make recommendations
- Provide an exceptional customer experience to ensure Trulioo maintains our position as the number one trusted expert in Identity Verification
You have:
- 1+ years of relevant experience in Consulting, Product Management, Data Analytics, or Presales roles
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills: You can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and be able to build relationships with clients. You can explain complex technical concepts in simple terms and be able to work well with both internal and external teams.
- Project management skills: you should be able to manage the implementation of technology solutions, including coordinating internal and external teams, setting timelines, and ensuring successful project completion
- Strong business and technical aptitude with a proven ability to quickly learn new technologies
- Technical background with familiarity in any combination of the following: JSON, RESTful API’s, SQL and relational databases, or Python
- Strong ability to analyze and utilize insights gained from data and use this to drive compelling narratives using data storytelling
- A desire to approach problems as an opportunity to learn and bring in new ideas
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business, or equivalent experience in a related field
