  • 10+ Years real estate contracts and negotiation experience
  • Experience overseeing and maintaining company grounds, building, and equipment to ensure that the office is functional for employees
  • Experience handling parking and building access
  • Ability to multitask while remaining detail oriented

Responsibilities
  • Manage real estate transactions including the purchase, sale, and leasing of various real estate assets throughout the U.S in support of business unit initiatives. This includes strategy development, financial analysis, business term negotiation and support full legal and risk management engagements
  • Manage day-to-day lease administration of the portfolio
  • Maintenance of the physical plant including interfacing with Landlord support services and systems
  • Responsible for serving as a subject matter expert on mechanical, electrical, plumbing, irrigation, lighting, COVID equipment, and space management and capacity management
  • Manage HVAC and all temperature balancing and air balancing necessary to maintain comfort levels throughout the office
  • Manage vendor scheduling, tracking, ordering and billing including janitorial, security, plant maintenance, food delivery, and catering vendors
  • Institute and manage a ticketing system for service calls related to building and facilities issues (and IT issues potentially)
  • Responsible for office desk moves and general office support services
  • Assist with management of facilities software systems such as OfficeSpace software
  • Manage Mailroom - shipping and receiving, supplies, and employee services
  • Assist with planning and execution of events
  • Manage reception desk coverage, security and kitchen staff
