  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required customer clearance for access to systems, facilities, equipment, and property.
  • Must possess the appropriate level of certifications required for the position by the contract.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree and five years of project management experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Must have three years of management experience.
  • May be required to pass pre-employment screening, including background and drug testing.
Responsibilities
  • Oversee, plan, and coordinate all aspects of the technical project's full life cycle for the customer.
  • Ensure project goals and deliverables are accomplished within the prescribed timeframe and budgetary parameters and meet customer expectations.
  • Manage labor and maintain employee relations regarding hiring, terminations, and employee resolution.
  • Provide cohesive team leadership and maintain positive working relationships with the customer and key stakeholders.
  • Review project proposals or plans to determine timelines, funding limitations, procedures, staffing requirements, and resource allocation across project phases.
  • Help prepare contract deliverables.
  • Prepare project charts and schedules as needed.
  • Perform job cost analysis.
  • Maintain customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction through successful project execution.
  • Manage and assist in developing and maintaining information technology programs in accordance with approved system and subsystem design requirements and specifications.
  • Ensure employees apply their expertise to multiple complex work assignments, including developing methodologies, offering solutions to problems, and contributing to deliverables and performance metrics.
  • Coordinate responses to Requests for Proposals and Requests for Quotes, including creating cost estimates and proposals, analyzing quotation request information or specifications, and developing quotation plans.
  • Coordinate pricing information required to complete quotations and review estimated inputs for completeness, accuracy, and compatibility.
  • Implement industry best practices, project management tools, and methodologies.
Desired Qualifications
  • Project Management Professional certification is preferred.
  • Five to ten years of experience in government contracting is preferred.
