  • 2-4 years of experience in a partnerships or operations, in a SaaS, payments, and/or e-commerce environment
  • Experience working directly with sales/partner sales teams and partners
  • Excellent problem-solving, project management, and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fluid, fast-paced environment
  • Polished verbal and written communication skills, with experience presenting to senior partners and stakeholders
  • Ability to be a thought partner to senior leaders - you have a knack for bringing stakeholders together and the confidence to keep them aligned with the goals of our partnerships program
  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
  • As this role will primarily collaborate with partners based out of the US and the UK, fluency in the English language, both written and spoken, is required
Responsibilities
  • Develop and refine key partner processes, including onboarding, deal registration, and rebates, to ensure efficiency and scalability.
  • Offer daily assistance to internal teams for partner-related inquiries and support, including post-sales and program compliance.
  • Create and manage reports and dashboards to track performance, support OKRs, and drive revenue growth.
  • Document processes and best practices to support internal teams and partners.
  • Develop a deep understanding of partner programs to manage complex requests and escalations effectively.
  • Work with managers across departments to design and iterate on processes and projects related to partnerships.
  • Lead high-impact strategic projects, from identification to execution, that drive long-term success in the global partner business.
  • Represent the Partnership team in broader company projects, ensuring partner needs are integrated into initial planning.
  • Assess and redesign partner processes to enhance efficiency and scalability, driving successful project outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, Finance, and Enablement teams to ensure partner requirements are met and incorporated into project planning and execution.
