Requirements

Thorough understanding of networking concepts (Routing, Switching, VLAN’s, etc)
In-depth knowledge of Palo Alto NGFW
In-depth knowledge Microsoft O365 and Entra ID
In-depth knowledge of Network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP)
In-depth knowledge with Active Directory, CA, DNS, DHCP, etc
Working knowledge of Linux is a plus
Working knowledge of Microsoft InTune is a plus
Working knowledge of AWS is a plus
Must be willing to work outside normal business hours when needed
Must be willing to support global multisite environments
Able to manage multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
Able to work with minimum supervision and be self-motivated
Able to actively participate in team development and promote team-oriented processes
Strong interpersonal, organizational and problem-solving skills
Capability to think outside the box

Responsibilities

Maintain and configure IT systems in a multi-site environment
Maintain and configure AWS, Azure, and Office 365
Manage firewall configuration and implementation
Ensure the accessibility and availability of IT resources (Servers, Firewalls, Wireless, etc)
Provides escalation support to IT operations personnel
Perform system upgrades including service packs, patches, hotfixes, and security configurations
Works with other functional IT areas to ensure that best practices, policies, and procedures are adhered to
Performs other IT-related tasks as required

What you’ll do:

Education:

Significant experience with network systems or BA degree or higher
