Responsibilities
  • Collaborating with your triad to understand business challenges, identifying impactful opportunities, and crafting a strategic roadmap
  • Designing technical solutions with your team and contributing to their implementation
  • Providing thoughtful feedback on code reviews, architecture documents, and other deliverables to guide strong technical decisions
  • Actively contributing to the project through code reviews or writing code yourself
  • Holding 1:1 meetings with direct reports to support their career growth and development goals
  • Participating in hiring to grow Clio’s engineering team
  • Reviewing code from your team or mentoring other Clio developers on technologies or patterns within your expertise
