Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree (Science or other technical degree). Would consider experience in lieu of a technical degree 7+ years of industry experience (pulp and paper or water treatment preferred)
  • Experience in pulp and paper, chemical or water treatment required
Responsibilities
  • Efficiently manages the interface between HPST sales resources and customers. Leverages product line attributes to best fit customer needs and expectations. Assess performance, define improvements, and align resources to ensure sales, gross profit, product mix and price improvement targets are met or exceeded. Achieve new product launch targets.
  • Achieve or exceed our operating cash flow and working capital targets by reducing AR, controlling inventory and improving accounts payable. Achieve or exceed indirect spend (SG&A) targets.
  • Lead the sales team in safety and environmental excellence.
  • Work closely with PTD and Supply Chain to reduce customer complaints and improve customer satisfaction through defect free on time delivery of products.
  • Work closely with HR and sales manager to continually assess personnel and aggressively develop key leaders and key individual performers.
  • Continually assess opportunities to ensure targeted business growth in HPST.
