  • You have a Bachelor’s Degree
  • You have 10 years of experience within loyalty marketing or digital marketing
  • You have experience working for a marketplace company or company with a subscription model
  • You have the ability to operate in ambiguity, adapting to a dynamic environment to change scope and focus with ease
  • You have a deep understanding of how to integrate consumer insights and strategic business analysis to inform business and marketing strategies; this includes segmentation, need states, and test and learn approaches
  • You have experience in retail promotional levers and budgets
  • You have experience coaching others and building organizational talent relative to loyalty marketing and driving consumer-centric decision making.
  • You have experience working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, including stakeholders at all levels
  • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to craft actionable insights from complex data
  • You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal; must have experience storytelling through data and slide presentations
  • You must be able to travel up to 25% as required.
