About the role

As a Business Analytics Lead, you will be strategic partner to our Commercial and Marketing stakeholders. Leveraging your expertise in data analytics, you will drive actionable insights and facilitate informed decision-making processes. Your role will involve deep dive analysis into business KPIs, assessing the impact of promotional activities, and fostering cross-functional relationships to enhance business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a subject-matter expert for Commercial and Marketing stakeholders, utilizing diverse data sources and analytical techniques to support strategic decision-making.
Conduct in-depth analysis and provide actionable insights on key business KPIs.
Understand and use the concept of Marketing efficiency to help the team reporting on marketing channel performance within a Trade environment
Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across Marketing, Commercial, Product, and Finance, promoting collaboration and shared goals.
Analyse and evaluate the effectiveness of promotional activities, contributing to continuous improvement strategies.

About you:

Strong experience in data analytics
Strong proficiency in SQL, GA4
Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels
Previous experience working as an analyst within Commercial, Finance or Marketing
Creative thinking with a track record of driving adoption of new ideas and concepts, and pioneering new approaches within the team
Experience working on e-commerce businesses or equivalent industries
Good verbal and written communication and presentation skills, more specifically, ability to communicate complex problems and analysis simply with a variety of stakeholders and act as a bridge between technical and non-technical colleagues
Attention to detail in a relatively fast-paced environment
Ability to effectively manage targets and deadlines
Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
