On our team, you’ll help implement and maintain organizational programs in support of mission execution. You’ll work with program leadership to review, process and track purchases for program teams, manage and implement travel across the contract, assist in onboarding teams to projects, review and edit contract and technical project deliverables and documentation, review project cost accounting, use tactical planning using tools like Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint and have regular interactions with project leads, customers, and other project analysts. This position will require a multi-faceted approach to project management and require knowledge in all areas of a Program Management Office, including procurement, travel, onboarding, risk management, and deliverables. You Have:
3+ years of experience with working in a business or project management environment
Experience with reviewing and editing various styles of technical or programmatic documentation
Experience with using Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
Experience with synthesizing data and information from multiple sources into a single document or report
Ability to learn new online tools, including SharePoint, BIX, and Ivalua
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
HS diploma or GED
Nice If You Have:
Experience in working with federal government contracts
Experience with technical editing for grammar, syntax, formatting, and style
Experience with quantitative analysis, including financial and schedule analysis
Ability to display flexibility, show initiative and innovation, and deal with fast-paced situations
Bachelor’s degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $54,000.00 to $123,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
