Requirements
  • 10+ years of experience (product development or technology experience preferred)
  • Experience in financial services (credit cards and pricing experience a plus)
  • Ability to quickly understand complex topics, and communicate them to key stakeholders at both business and technical levels
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to respond quickly and creatively to complex issues
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with strong presentation and facilitation skills to senior audience members
  • Bachelors/University degree, Master’s degree preferred
Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple pricing execution projects simultaneously through ideation, defining and grooming requirements, governance reviews and approvals, build, testing, and launch
  • Work closely with internal and external business partners including Technology in designing, building, implementing, and testing new pricing strategies and enhancements
  • Act as a key point of contact and subject matter expertise for pricing policies and processes
  • Recommend actions for future developments & strategic business opportunities, as well as enhancements to pricing policies
  • Translate technology options into possible solutions to drive implementation of pricing strategies, and communicate clearly and effectively to business partners and senior leaders all findings
  • Continuously improve processes and strategies by exploring and evaluating new technology sources, tools, and capabilities
  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency
