Renewal by Andersen named best window replacement company in Seattle, topping J.D. Power manufacturer rankings for seventh straight year. Seven consecutive J.D. Power wins and 1,790-plus Google reviews at a 4.8-star average position Renewal by Andersen of Western Washington as Seattle's top choice for window replacement. Seattle, WASHINGTON, Sept. 08, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) - Renewal by Andersen has been named America's top window and patio door manufacturer and retailer for customer satisfaction in the J.D. Power 2026 U.S. Window and Patio Door Satisfaction Study, marking the seventh consecutive year the company has earned the distinction in the manufacturer segment, a national milestone that reinforces the standing of Renewal by Andersen of Western Washington among Seattle homeowners. The recognition is paired with a strong local track record: the Western Washington location has surpassed 1,790 verified Google reviews at a 4.8-star average, giving Seattle homeowners both a national satisfaction benchmark and a local performance record pointing in the same direction. A Renewal by Andersen project technician performing a custom window installation. The company's Renton-based Western Washington office coordinates design consultations, custom manufacturing, and installation for homeowners throughout the greater Seattle area, including King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Kitsap counties. Homeowners can view the Seattle service area directly on the company's website. What the J.D. Power Ranking Actually Measures J.D. Power's U.S. Window and Patio Door Satisfaction Study evaluates manufacturer and retailer brands nationally on measures including product quality, professional installation, and the overall replacement experience. Andersen Corporation, the parent of Renewal by Andersen, has now ranked highest among manufacturer brands in the study for seven consecutive years, and is recognized by J.D. Power as the most-awarded brand in the study's history, having received more awards than any other participant over the past twenty years. "Being recognized by J.D. Power for the seventh consecutive year is especially meaningful because it reflects the experiences homeowners have with our products and our people every day," said Troy Barrow, president of Renewal by Andersen. Locally, that same standard is what shows up behind Seattle's 1,790-plus reviews. "Homeowners consistently tell us that product quality, modern design, professional installation and a seamless replacement experience matter most," Barrow said. "We are proud that J.D. Power's findings reflect the same commitment our teams bring to customers every day." The 1,790-plus Google reviews behind the Western Washington location, drawn from customers across Seattle and the greater Puget Sound, cite crews that finish multi-day projects on schedule, protect flooring and landscaping throughout the work, and are frequently named individually by homeowners in reviews, a sign of low turnover on installation teams. In addition to Seattle, the Western Washington location serves Bellevue, Tacoma, Everett, Renton, Redmond, Kirkland, and surrounding King, Pierce, Snohomish, and Kitsap county communities. Choosing an energy-efficient door can substantially reduce drafts, maintain consistent indoor temperatures, and contribute to a more comfortable and cost-effective home environment.
