Requirements

Responsibilities
  • Review, analyze, and potentially lead initiatives related to the selection, design, development, and promotion of new or existing products using traditional and emerging capabilities in technology, operations, and data analytics.
  • Participate in customer-focused quality assessments and improvement processes.
  • Develop business cases, business plans, and roll-outs for less complex products or initiatives through applicable channels.
  • Analyze product, technology, and market trends and third-party requirements to develop and design innovative features for new or existing products and enhancements.
  • Manage the development, production, roll-out, pricing, or promotion of less complex products or initiatives.
  • Recognize, anticipate, and resolve operational and process problems.
  • Work with internal and external partners, including sales, marketing, and digital channel delivery, throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Participate in client-facing activities as needed.
  • Support risk management, compliance, and audit needs as part of the first line of defense.
  • Monitor and analyze business results for recently introduced or existing products.
  • Coordinate reporting and recommend modifications to improve business, financial, and customer experience results.
  • Own and maintain a centralized repository for customer communications, creative assets, and templates across Retail Lending.
  • Ensure materials are organized, current, and aligned with established standards, requirements, and playbooks.
  • Develop, maintain, and continuously improve process documentation, procedures, playbooks, operating guidelines, and best practices.
  • Support governance activities related to customer engagement and communication programs.
  • Identify process improvements and operational opportunities that improve team effectiveness and customer experience.
  • Oversee customer research and competitive intelligence efforts to understand customer needs, behaviors, pain points, and competitive market dynamics.

IDEX extends $800M credit facility maturity to 2031

IDEX Corporation has amended its revolving credit facility, extending the maturity date to September 3, 2031, from the previous November 1, 2027. Bank of America serves as administrative agent, with JPMorgan Chase Bank, PNC Bank, and Wells Fargo Bank as co-syndication agents. The proceeds will fund working capital and general corporate purposes, including refinancing existing debt. The agreement includes standard covenants for senior unsecured credit facilities, featuring a quarterly-tested leverage ratio and restrictions on liens and mergers. Voluntary prepayments are permitted without penalty.

Worthington Enterprises extends $500M revolving credit facility through 2031

Worthington Enterprises has extended its $500 million revolving credit facility through August 31, 2031, according to an 8-K filing on August 31, 2026. The Fifth Amended and Restated Credit Agreement pushes back the maturity date from September 27, 2028. EXL secures $1B credit facility to fuel M&A and shareholder returns

EXL, a global data and AI company, has closed a new $1 billion senior secured credit facility with PNC Bank as administrative agent and a syndicate of lenders. Bank of America, JPMorgan Chase Bank, and TD Bank served as joint lead arrangers. The facility increases EXL's borrowing capacity from $600 million and includes a $400 million term loan and up to $600 million in revolver borrowings. The five-year agreement includes an accordion feature allowing expansion equal to the greater of $470 million or 100% of trailing four-quarter EBITDA, expiring on 18 August 2031. Chief financial officer Maurizio Nicolelli said the expanded debt capacity provides flexibility for targeted mergers and acquisitions whilst continuing to return capital to shareholders under the company's $500 million share repurchase authorisation.

Superior Group amends $200M credit facilities, extends maturity to 2031

Superior Group of Companies has amended and extended its senior secured credit facilities with PNC Bank and a syndicate of lenders. The $200 million financing structure comprises a $125 million revolving credit facility and a $75 million term loan. The five-year agreement extends the company's debt maturity from August 2027 to August 2031. Superior Group retains the option to request up to an additional $75 million in incremental capacity.
