- Champion the ideas of juniors and support them in refining and developing their craft
- Concept and collaborate with other creatives, including art directors, copywriters, experience designers, technologists, and makers, to deliver an excellent customer experience across all channels
- Exceptional copywriting and presentation skills, able to get ideas across to any audience, via simple articulation and concise presentation
- Give work the best chance of being bought by presenting it to clients persuasively and imaginatively
- Listen to and respect the thoughts and opinions of others and adapt your ideas accordingly
- See your projects through the production phase and ensure quality never dips
- Passion for influencer marketing with a minimum of two years' experience in the field (Either B2B or B2C both applicable)
- Demostrate experience in building productive relationships with both clients & influencers
- An innovative, creative approach to the opportunity in influence
- A maker - experienced producing tweets that travel, content that engages and
- Keeping abreast of and utilising new industry tech & developments, and follower of relevant news & trends
- Proven experience of integrating digital and social media in campaign activity
- Self-motivated, action-oriented and ambitious with a positive "can-do" attitude
- Team player, ability to work together, delegate and elevate others
Responsibilities
- As part of the PR and Influence offering at Ogilvy UK, you will bring creative thinking, great production skills, experience in dealing and managing influencers and cultural connections to a broad range of high-profile (mostly consumer) brands
- You'll be working primarily within the Influence team - so knowing how to earn attention through influencers and the channels they work on is key - but earned-first experience and insight is increasingly relevant for all of Ogilvy's mega businesses. From customer experience, behavioural science or advertising and branding - you'll have plenty of shiny new toys and teams to play with
- The mission of the creative team is to produce first class award-winning ideas, activations, partnerships and content that gets talked about, written about, shared and envied
- As a dedicated creative, you will be directly responsible for injecting creative thinking and production excellence into all our work - coming up with concepts, finessing content, briefing influencers and making sure we produce unmissable and unskippable activations. Projects include everything from identifying up and coming influencers, producing quick-turn content, developing ideas to inspire partners and drive conversation, leveraging platform innovations and trending topics
- Working closely with our influence strategist, you'll know what's trending, who's rising up the influence ladder, how to take advantage of platform changes and innovations and the best way to produce great content for a range of budgets
