Responsibilities
  • Constantly monitors the company’s supply chain, identifying areas where product flow may break down and ways to improve processes and procedures.
  • Uses knowledge and skills to find solutions to minimize disruptions when supply chain issues arise.
  • Monitors functions such as product availability, transportation reliability, inventory control, back orders, and fulfillment rates.
  • May lead small teams in warehouse functions.
  • Develops and reports KPIs, completes standard work instructions for related job functions, and prepares detailed reports for upper management in a timely manner.
