Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or similar.
  • 6+ years of HR experience in progressively responsible leadership roles may substitute for a degree.
  • PHR Certification preferred.
  • 4+ years in Human Resources leadership roles.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Generalist or Employee Relations.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and business management techniques.
  • Excellent interpersonal, active listening, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and resolve complex issues.
Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day HR functions, including HRIS system (BambooHR), employee engagement, policy interpretation, and employee life-cycle management.
  • Provide guidance and support to managers and employees, resolve conflicts, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
  • Oversee new hire integration, employee retention, and exit processes.
  • Stay updated on HR laws, ensuring policies comply with legal requirements and managing benefits enrollment.
  • Lead and mentor HR staff and provide training/coaching to supervisors on performance management, growth opportunities, and corrective actions.

  • Experience in construction or manufacturing environments preferred.
