  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Good academic standing with a preferred GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale
Responsibilities
  • Support analysts and managers that interface with a customer sub-group or group
  • Analyze business requirements and/or issues, convert analysis to functional specifications, and assist in the design of solutions to meet business requirements
  • Perform and document software application configuration, prepare and execute test scenarios and scripts (unit, integration, performance, regression, acceptance) and data conversions
  • Provide business application functional support services to meet performance/availability, customer service level agreements, and customer satisfaction targets
  • Adhere to project management, software application development, testing, service management, change management, RCA, and other relevant processes, standards, governance, and controls
