Requirements
- 1+ years audit experience.
- 1+ years of current audit or risk management experience.
Responsibilities
- Execute audit test steps for Wholesale Banking activities.
- Identify control weaknesses and make control improvement recommendations to management.
- Document all work in accordance with Wells Fargo Audit Services policy.
- Demonstrate professional skepticism while performing tasks and maintain open communication with business partners, peers, and WFAS management.
- Assist in the design of audit coverage and/or lead audit testing where necessary.
- Participate in multiple projects simultaneously in a virtual team environment where team members and business partners may be geographically dispersed.
- Travel approximately 25%.
Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), or Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA).
- Strong oral and written communication skills with the ability to adhere to strict documentation requirements.
- Well-developed analytical, problem solving, organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Previous Wholesale Banking experience, preferably in an audit, compliance, or risk management function.
