  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
  • Proven experience (8+ years) in operations management, process improvement, or related roles, with a track record of driving operational excellence
  • Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
  • Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for conveying complex ideas and strategies clearly to diverse audiences
  • Change management expertise, including the ability to lead teams through transitions and overcome resistance
  • Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Certification) a plus

Responsibilities
  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Process Analysis and Improvement:
  • Lead comprehensive analyses of existing operational processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement
  • Design and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency
  • Collaborate with department heads and team members to ensure smooth implementation of process changes and monitor their effectiveness
  • Operational Strategy:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive operations excellence strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
  • Identify opportunities for automation, technology integration, and innovative solutions to optimize workflows and drive operational excellence
  • Performance Metrics and Measurement:
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate operational performance and track progress towards excellence goals
  • Establish dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide regular updates on operational improvements to executive leadership
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with various departments and teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations strategies with broader organizational initiatives
  • Change Management:
  • Lead change management efforts associated with process improvements, ensuring effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
  • Overcome resistance to change by demonstrating the value and benefits of operational enhancements
  • Talent Development:
  • Coach and mentor teams to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability in achieving operational excellence
