Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
- Proven experience (8+ years) in operations management, process improvement, or related roles, with a track record of driving operational excellence
- Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels
- Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for conveying complex ideas and strategies clearly to diverse audiences
- Change management expertise, including the ability to lead teams through transitions and overcome resistance
- Proficiency in project management tools and techniques
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Six Sigma Black Belt, Lean Certification) a plus

Responsibilities
- Key Responsibilities:
- Process Analysis and Improvement:
- Lead comprehensive analyses of existing operational processes, identifying bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and areas for enhancement
- Design and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, or other relevant methodologies to streamline operations and enhance overall efficiency
- Collaborate with department heads and team members to ensure smooth implementation of process changes and monitor their effectiveness
- Operational Strategy:
- Develop and execute a comprehensive operations excellence strategy that aligns with the organization's goals and objectives
- Identify opportunities for automation, technology integration, and innovative solutions to optimize workflows and drive operational excellence
- Performance Metrics and Measurement:
- Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate operational performance and track progress towards excellence goals
- Establish dashboards and reporting mechanisms to provide regular updates on operational improvements to executive leadership
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with various departments and teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align operations strategies with broader organizational initiatives
- Change Management:
- Lead change management efforts associated with process improvements, ensuring effective communication, training, and stakeholder engagement
- Overcome resistance to change by demonstrating the value and benefits of operational enhancements
- Talent Development:
- Coach and mentor teams to foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability in achieving operational excellence
- Identify skills gaps and provide training opportunities to enhance the capabilities of operations teams
