Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Proven experience (8+ years) in operations management, process improvement, or related roles, with a track record of driving operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
• Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate at all organizational levels.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for conveying complex ideas and strategies clearly to diverse audiences.
• Change management expertise, including the ability to lead teams through transitions and overcome resistance.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
