Responsibilities
  • Microsoft Exchange Administration: Oversee and optimize hybrid Exchange environments, ensuring seamless mail flow, certificate management, and security compliance.
  • System Performance & Reliability: Deliver and maintain both software and hardware product performance across enterprise applications.
  • Lifecycle Management: Drive products from design completion to production release, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption.
  • Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve software, hardware, and system-level issues to maintain high availability.
  • Cloud & Mobile Integration: Support next-generation IT solutions that include cloud-based platforms and mobile technologies.
  • Collaboration & Security: Partner with IT and business teams to support secure, integrated, and scalable services across the enterprise.
  • Designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs software programs for enhancements and new products and/or in support of design, infrastructure and technology platforms
  • Analyzes and assists with creating reusable and enterprise-level modules/applications
  • Conducts performance reviews and recommends improvements to existing codes
  • Reviews and recommends equipment, resources and software
  • Recommends changes in development, maintenance and system standards.
  • Trains users in conversion and implementation of system
  • Conduct integration system testing and evaluations
  • Leads the design, development and implementation of new solutions
