  • Must have 15+ year of CMF OEM experience
  • Demonstrated ability to guide, lead, inspire a growing team
  • Eager mentor and capable educator, driven to spread methodological understanding throughout the broader team and organization
  • Experience with OEM industrialization. Expert in Manufacturing process for CMF
  • Passionate advocate of putting our customers at the heart of the work
  • Success at bringing a range of people into the research and design process, including cross-functional partners within Lucid organization, successfully engaging stakeholder and executives
  • Strong written and oral communication and presentation skills, clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions, expressing the story and

Responsibilities
  • Create and direct CMF to align with the legacy of the Lucid brand
  • Present strategies, vision, innovation, to executives
  • Communicate Lucid's CMF brand to retail, internal and external teams when required
  • Manage CMF team: guiding professional development, performance reviews
  • Develop and recruit CMF team, with vision toward the future
  • Seamlessly shift between big picture strategy and detailed execution
  • Uphold and deliver best-in-class quality standards in the face of myriad pressures such as timelines, feedback, workload
  • Be willing to find a way that invites further discussion of how we can agree, without extraordinary compromise
  • Partner with cross-functional peers in product management, engineering, marketing, brand, craftsmanship, to plan best approaches for delivery of quality user experiences
  • Inspire your team to achieve continuously increasing results through communicating the highest expectations and constantly elevating the performance of the CMF group
  • Promote collaboration between all teams, especially with interior and exterior. Align and unite as one voice
  • Drive Industrialization of materials with on-time results
  • Continuously be willing to be flexible to make and/or shift ideas to accommodate design
