Responsibilities
  • Support HR/Talent agenda that aligns with the business strategy
  • Serve as primary contact supporting clients in employee relations investigations
  • Generate and assess HR analytics for various initiatives
  • Build strong relationships and partners with HR Centers of Excellence
  • Provide day to day support on HR activities including compensation management, recruitment, and selection
  • Coach business leaders on people related matters
  • Support client organizations with the administration and execution of key HR programs
  • Support workforce planning, including organizational design
  • Stay updated on changes in local legislation and interface with legal counsel as necessary
  • Support and lead special projects and critical HR initiatives
  • Consultant support with employee relations for Canada
