Responsibilities
  • Outbound Prospecting: Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound sequences via calls, emails, and LinkedIn to engage prospects aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
  • Inbound Reactivity: Respond with high reactivity to inbound inquiries (web forms, demo requests, events).
  • Structured Qualification: Conduct initial discovery and structured qualification using the Pain, Urgency, and Fit framework.
  • Value Pitching & Objection Handling: Deliver clear, concise, and compelling value pitches that articulate Malt's unique ROI, and handle top-of-funnel objections professionally using our prescribed playbooks.
  • CRM Hygiene: Maintain impeccable CRM hygiene by logging all activities and updating core opportunity fields in a timely manner.
  • Seamless Handover: Pass well-qualified leads to Account Executives with comprehensive documentation of discovery and clear next steps.

It lists freelancer profiles and client projects across nine countries and matches talent to work opportunities, including management consultants and interim executives via Malt Strategy (acquired through Comatch in 2022).
