Graduate Finance Summer Internship Program
In this fast paced 10-week corporate finance internship program, we are recruiting candidates completing their first year of graduate school looking for experience in strategic work across project management, process engineering and quantitative roles. Candidates will be challenged across anyone of our eight functions, including: financial planning and analysis, controllership, treasury, and strategy. Throughout the ten weeks, candidates are critically assessed for potential placement into the Finance Graduate Program (FGP) post-graduation

The summer internship program prepares you for a role in our FGP who are tasked to evolve Corporate Finance into a true business partner. The FGP is looking to hire Builders, Persuaders and Strategist to:
Manage the design, development and implementation of multiple highly complex improvement projects that promote organizational efficiency, reduce costs and drive revenue.
Develop and implement multi-faceted models to transform data into business insights and strategies.

Graduate Finance Summer Internship Program Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a full-time graduate program and graduating in May 2026.
Master’s in Business Administration.
2 – 6 years’ full-time professional experience.
Demonstrated problem solving and influencing skill set.
Deep knowledge of the financial markets/industry.
Highly successful working independently, in teams and across a matrixed environment.
Change management and innovative mind-set.
Analytical, managerial and organizational skills.
Advanced in Excel and data management – Intermediate in coding a plus (R, Python, SQL, etc.).

Salary Range:
$15,600 - $58,500 Annual
The range quoted above applies to the role in the primary location specified. If the candidate would ultimately work outside of the primary location above, the applicable range could differ.
