Customer Service Manager – Wyoming, Michigan
DISHER is currently partnering with a home builder in West Michigan in their search for a Customer Service Manager. The Customer Service Manager will orchestrate the closing process for our sales team, internal team and customers.

What you will get to do:
- High level of attention to detail to manage contracts and addendums while ensuring all documents are signed and submitted to appropriate parties on time.
- Identify areas where technology can be used to work smarter not harder and to improve accuracy.
- Communicate and process details on sales transactions accurately and timely to the internal team.
- Maintain department written procedures and checklists to ensure process consistency and help prevent errors and rework.
- Represent the department at meetings and report on department metrics.
- Develop customer service team members to provide professional and exceptional customer service interactions.
- Responsible to schedule closing dates with all parties and manage transactions for accuracy and efficiency to allow for a smooth closing process.
- Manage the overall phone system organization and ensure phones are professionally answered to respond to customers.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in an administrative, sales or customer service role.
- Experience in real estate, lending, or construction environment preferred.
- Experience in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)
