Requirements
  • A minimum of 6–8 years of experience in Real-World Evidence, healthcare analytics, or a related field, delivering analytical solutions for the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong hands-on experience with real-world data sources, including medical claims, pharmacy claims, electronic health records, chart review data, disease registries, healthcare surveys, clinical trial data, and other healthcare databases.
  • A minimum qualification of a Master's degree in Biostatistics, Data Science, Epidemiology, Computer Science, Mathematics, or another relevant quantitative discipline.
  • Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical and healthcare ecosystem, including drug development, market access, medical affairs, epidemiology, or health economics and outcomes research.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Strong presentation, stakeholder management, project management, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to independently lead and execute multiple projects with minimal supervision while ensuring high-quality deliverables, adherence to timelines, and effective risk management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to translate business questions into analytical approaches and communicate actionable insights.
  • Ability and willingness to adopt new methodologies, technologies, analytical tools, and industry best practices.
  • At least 6 years of relevant experience in Real-World Evidence, healthcare analytics, epidemiology, biostatistics, or a related domain.
  • Strong hands-on programming expertise in SAS, R, Python, and SQL.
  • Ability to write efficient, reproducible, and well-documented code for data extraction, transformation, analysis, and reporting.
  • Experience preparing high-quality Real-World Evidence technical reports, statistical analysis reports, study documentation, client presentations, and executive summaries.
  • Ability to communicate complex analytical findings effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Deliver analytical solutions for the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Lead and execute multiple projects independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ensure high-quality deliverables, adherence to timelines, and effective risk management.
  • Support mentoring junior team members.
  • Contribute to process improvements.
  • Support business development initiatives.
  • Perform data extraction, transformation, analysis, and reporting using reproducible and well-documented code.
  • Prepare Real-World Evidence technical reports, statistical analysis reports, study documentation, client presentations, and executive summaries.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience working with multiple real-world data sources and integrating them for evidence generation.
  • Experience as an author or co-author of peer-reviewed publications, conference abstracts, posters, or presentations.
  • Contributions to scientific dissemination and evidence generation.
  • Experience analyzing large healthcare datasets and presenting insights using appropriate statistical methods, visualizations, and reporting tools.
  • Familiarity with industry best practices for documentation, quality control, reproducible research, and adherence to applicable regulatory and client standards.
