  • 8+ years experience at Amazon, brand, digital agency or SaaS - dedicated to Amazon Advertising
  • Ready to work collaboratively with team members in our department & across the organization
  • Self-starter with an ability to work with key stakeholders to turn an idea into a capability that enhances the service we provide to our clients
  • Enjoy a fast-paced, figure-it-out environment
  • Resourceful - using 3rd party applications, sourcing solutions, and collaborative
  • Experience with client-facing communications (written and verbal), preferably in lead roles; comfortable presenting to large groups with a diverse range of titles
  • A very proven foundational knowledge of Amazon Advertising (Search, DSP a plus) as it is today, strong opinions about it, a thirst to learn about and craft what's next
  • Sophisticated knowledge on creative best practices/needs, billing, brand safety, tagging, privacy, and rules of DSPs to apply to the nuanced space of retail media programmatic needs
  • Trade Desk, DV360 expertise
  • Software product development experience - internal or external (roadmap planning and prioritization, product marketing)
  • Experience with CTV/OTT
  • Exposure to retailer media networks such as Walmart Connect, Target Roundel
  • Exposure to sell side platforms like Criteo RMP, PromoteIQ or CitrusAd
  • Experience in building & maintaining relationships with partners

Responsibilities
  • Be the owner of the Amazon Search and DSP relationship as a partner manager for Tinuiti
  • Including, but not limited to, day to day communications, maintaining partner network status, event (digital and in person) collaboration and ownership, marketing initiatives and cross-Amazon relationship management
  • Work to build a collaborative relationship with all Tinuiti channel partner leads in product, marketing and sales efforts
  • Ensure that client delivery, strategy and success for internal partners in your purview allows the Commerce department to meet or exceed the Financial objectives of the department
  • Collaborate on overall strategy and services with the rest of the Amazon partners (Search, DSP, Operations, Creative) in order to unify the Commerce strategy and delivery
  • With the Group Director, collaborate across Tinuiti teams outside of Commerce to create room to collaborate across tech stacks, performance, and visibility
  • Serve as a leader on the Commerce team by leading or coordinating internal trainings on industry changes that affect account teams' work and as a way to further the development of our Account Team's customer service, approach to strategy, and concepts that aid in deepening relationships with clients
  • Own, support & participate in assigned Amazon Sales pitches
  • Own assigned Amazon product development support pieces such as product marketing (for externally facing roadmap and sales needs), features and functionality feedback (UAT), and ongoing communications with the channel's product team
  • Understand and be able to prioritize requests with the product team, see long-term effects and value, balancing out table stakes, and technical debt, and building use cases
  • Represent Tinuiti to external partners as requested, including activities like analyst relations, Tinuiti-hosted events, eMarketer, or other types of publications or presentations
  • Proactively identify & provide innovative ideas and use cases to enable Tinuiti to scale and grow through technology or partnership
  • Accountable or Consulted on Amazon partnerships that benefit our overall Tinuiti Amazon partnership (Examples: Buy with Prime, Amazon Attribution, Posts)
  • Responsible or Informed on 3rd party relationships that support the Tinuiti Amazon relationship (Profitero, Zeta, Helium10, PageOne)
